Fruits, vegetables and ikebana

Using five kinds of flower materials, I made an ikebana work in a radial form. I like daisy's vitamin color which seems to give me the power.

The little yellows are pappers not for eating but for ornamental purposes. Surprisingly, various fruits and vegetables such as pineapples, berries, pumpkins and cucumbers etc. are used in the ikebana world. In every ikebana exhibition I can see a work with fruits and vegetables. Do you think these are beautiful?

Honestly, I can not understand the beauty... so I interpret their usage in ikebana for expression of the uniqueness or naturalness. And for fun?

In my opinion, it is true that ikebana needs uniqueness or naturalness, but at the same time, or more than that, beauty is the most essential factor in ikebana arrangements and it should be never lacked.

Unfortunately, I have never met this kind of ikebana work which I am impressed with the beauty, and the work of the photo is also the same. This work might have naturalness, but are you impressed with its beauty? As for beauty, this work is weak...

In ikebana, everyone always seek some new style that no one have done before, and it can be said that this is one of the results. Innovation is necessary, but, don't you rethink whether this is innovation or not, ikebana people?
